Project Release Information2008-10-29 03:24 This version fixes an issue from 0.18, in which export was broken, and corrects the negative colors view. It adds a WWW links ability. To summarize, it now supports exporting of maps in PDF/PNG/SVG format, as well as links between maps, WWW links, text, audio, icons, and many of navigation features. 2008-10-28 07:06 This version adds some minor features like linking between maps, and has some bugfixes. Available features include: Vim-like keyboard navigation (search, bookmarks, add nodes, center on a node, move map, move node, etc.); exporting a map in PDF, PNG, or PS; linking between maps; adding icons; adding some text to a node; adding some audio to a node; and adding LaTeX equations. 2008-07-31 23:14 This version supports exporting to PDF, PS, SVG, or PNG, math equations, audio, images, icons, text notes, and a consistent keyboard navigation. A Debian/Ubuntu package is now available. 2008-07-23 22:22 This version includes icons, attributes for text (bold, underline, italic), persistence of options (style, grid), and some bug corrections. A new icon has been drawn, and the map files are stored in another place (.gnome2/chartr). A utility is provided to help backup old maps (backup_old_maps.py). 2008-07-11 05:22 This version introduces a more complete automatic layout; the map now reorders itself when you add/remove a node. A basic help system has been added. Export now supports PDF, SVG, PNG, and PS. A new style for links has been added.
