mmcalc

This release includes support for doing trig functions with degrees along with radians, and a fix for a bug that wouldn't allow sin(1) to work.

A fix for the ability to crash mmcalc by feeding it bad input, ability to work with hex and octal input/output, and various new command line options (-r to use radians, -h to output answer in hex, -o to output answer in octal, and -i to output answer in integer).
