Talend Open Studio is an ETL (Extract, Transform,
and Load) tool. Talend Open Studio can perform
jobs that range from datawarehouse feeding to
database synchronization, as well as file format
transformations. Its graphical interface is made
with Eclipse RCP, and data related scripts are
generated in Perl or Java. The application was
designed to be extended with components written by
Project Release infomations and Project Resources. Note that these informations are from this projects Freecode.com page and the downloads themselves may not be hosted with SourceForge.JP.
Bugs have been fixed. The implementation was prepared for the future OBR. The storage was changed to have a separate file for screenshots. The OSGI export system was improved to prepare for a unified platform. The display of the tXmlMap was enhanced. A possibility to link files to properties was added, which allows you to save xsd or wsdl easily in a repository with all standard repository functionality like move/rename. Components/ext is used only for user components, not for other component providers. For Talend ESB, a service repository was added.
New features include a new look and feel enhancement of tXmlMap. New Component features include: implicit conversion to DOS format when a file is attached with the tsendMail component, MQ non-destructive reading, and the ability to create new tMDMConnection and tMDMClose components in the tFileList component. The text type of "Exclude FileMask" is a limitation to the function of the component. The Jasper report library was upgraded.
