in database directory, which uses H2 database.

N2 Portal

Overview
----------

N2 Portal is Enterprise Information Portal software based on Apache
Jetspeed 2 produced by Apache Software Foundation. Jetspeed 2
provides a base infrastructure technology of Portal system. In addition
to Jetspeed 2 features, N2 Portal improves UI and management features
for High-end Enterprise system. This software is already running as
internal portal system supporting more than 5000 users. The source
code is available as PAL Portal at Portal Application Laboratory
under Apache licence.

Features

Open Source

N2 Portal Community Edition is free to download and use under Apache
license. N2 Portal is based on Jetspeed 2 produced by Apache Software
Foundation, so the portal technology of N2 Portal is open. Moreover,
a portlet deployed on N2 Portal works if it's compliant with JSR 168
defined by Java Community Process. Applying a global standard
specification, many JSR 168-compliant portlets are available on N2 Portal.

Useful

N2 Portal allows a user to have personalized pages, and the user can
create own page and aggregate available contents to it. For security
feature, since N2 Portal supports various authentication system,
such as LDAP and OpenSSO, it's easy to integrate with existing system.
Moreover, N2 Portal contains N2 Collabo components, you can use an
internal portal as Groupware immediately after the installation.
