A new function.

MultiMarker.marker2ScreenCoordSystem

This function converts a point on the marker coordinate system to the screen coordinate system.

For example,

MultiMarker.marker2ScreenCoordSystem(0,0,0,0) returns center of marker id #0 on screen.
