* Release 0.12.
* Use GtkSpinButton on frequecy field.
* Use dynamic loding of libuim.so.0 and remove siod interface.

* Include config.h. By this change, most files are gettextized.
* gtk2/charset.c: use g_utf8_validate before conversion.
* include/cannadic.h: move #CN, #CNS, #JCN, #JNS, #JNM, #KK from
etc_code to substantive_code.
