Below is a map of project categories. To find a project, start by clicking on a category to the right. You can then dig further into the category by selecting from the list on the left. (Note that the root level category on this page is on the right - the second level is on the left.)

Prototype Makefiles allows for very fast project startups; often no editing of Makefiles is needed at all. It is a collection of shared Makefiles and Makefile templates. The shared Makefiles contain the rules for building a project, cleaning it and making dependencies etc. The Makefile templates contain the data that is specific for each project. This separation avoids duplication of code in Makefiles and is therefore extremely easy to maintain and extend.
QtHello is an Othello program written in Qt. Its design makes it easy to extend both the computer player and human player interfaces. It currently has 6 different computer players ranging from completely random to tree search with Alpha-Beta pruning.
The Qt XInput Extension is a C library adding support for XInput devices (like tablets or joysticks) to Qt-based X11 applications. QXi supports devices with up to six valuator axes in absolute mode, up to 32 buttons, and any number of keys. It is built using autoconf and libtool, and comes with a simple example application.

GeoTIFF, TIFF, BSB ChartKit, raster, and vector
format maps.
deal.II is a C++ library supporting the generation of complex adaptive finite element codes. It features locally-refined grids, various scalar and vector-valued finite elements, linear solvers of low and higher order, arbitrary mappings, and support for 1, 2, and 3D computations. It comes with extensive documentation and example programs showing the use of the library for modern finite element programs.
ACDK Tcl allows you to instrument a Tcl interpreter inside an ACDK application. In the Tcl script, you can call all ACDK classes with the standard ACDK Dynamic Method Invokation (DMI) methods.

profiler/debugger that produces formatted
strace/truss type reports. APD supports full stack
backtraces via calls similar to croak() in Perl's

impact. APD supports varying levels of debugging
and can be turned on/off in individual scripts.

the configuration file popsneakerrc. It allows you
to create rules with a wizard, and can optimize
your rules and highlight invalid rules. It can
precheck whether your rules are doing what they
are supposed to do. Searching in rules and
importing new rules is also very easy. It is
available in both English and German.
