Details

xdpyinfo reports DPI set to 2032x2032. This effect
some applications (e.g. perltk). Should probably be 75x75.

Details

Xqt-0.0.9 sets mmWidth and mmHeight to the display
width/height in inches instead of mm. This causes the
X server to report a resolution of 2032x2032.

X11 ライブラリに入っている Freetype のコンパイルがどう
もおかしいようです。
1) .gz されたフォントにアクセスできる機能が削除されてい
る。そのため、デフォルトのインストール状態で fc-list し
ても一個もフォントが出てこないです。
2) 開発ライブラリのほうの freetype-config では
prefix=/opt/QtPalmtop となっていますが、
/opt/Embedix/tools/arm-linux/X11R6 か
/opt/QtPalmtop/X11R6 か、ともかく X11R6 がつく設定に
なってないとおかしいです。そのため freetype-config を呼
び出すプログラムをクロスコンパイルするとこけます。

Hey guys. For some reason, under opie (at least
1.0), I can't seem to switch to the running X/Qt
after another window takes focus. Doing so results
in a delay, followed by:

/opt/QtPalmtop/bin/Xqt is not responding. Would you
like to force the application to exit?

Other than that, it works perfectly. It's a dream
come true. :)

Details

The display is size is wrong on these units - when on
portrait 240x320 (default for SL series) the xserver
seems to 320x240 (and wrapped), likewise when rotated
(so display is landscape) the display is changed to
240x320! See attached screen shot with only one copy of
xeyes running.

Thank you for Xqt, I ran sylpheed on it and it is
really good.

I have pocketworkstation.org running on my zaurus c860
and wanted to know how you got it working in the
window of XQt.(like http://xqt.sourceforge.jp/040125-
2.png)

Maybe you could tell me how, so I can help other
people to get it to work?

1) Install pocket workstation in SD/CF.
2) Edit /mnt/card/debroot/usr/local/bin/zvncserver as
follows:

- Modify "DISPLAY=..." as "DISPLAY=localhost:0.0"
- Comment out between "Xvnc..." to "sleep 5" lines.

3) Start X/Qt server.
4) Start Vncserver in terminal as root.
