Angband/64 style 'tactics' value.
Angband/64 has a tactics value that affects a number of statics for classes. Need to reproduce this effect in Vanilla Angband code base.
* typedef in p-types.h DONE
* data in table.c DONE
* display current tactics on screen, and in player dump. Ticket #16390 Update character display screen and dump file
* Implement change tactics command (up/down). (See do_cmd_change_tactic in /64 ).
* Add in all tactics bonuses/penalties (See calc_bonuses in xtra1.c in Angband/64 )
* Add line to 'externs.h' DONE
I think this has now been implemented, save for #16661 Update do_cmd_change_name
