xmltv2html

This release adds --starttime and --stoptime which
give a more exact start/stop time frame. Using
tv_grep is still required prior to using
xmltv2html.

This fixes the --urlprev and --urlnext command
options. @url_next and @url_prev should be removed
from users' xmltv2htmlrc files.

Minero Aoki's setup.rb script is now used for the
installation. The DHTML popup window and text can
be customized. Internally, a lot of refactoring
was done and unused code was removed.

Previously-shown (R) and subtitles of shows can be displayed in the popup message.

This adds --urlprev=file and --urlnext=file command line options, which will be links to the previous and next listings. The title text has been changed to match the day. The author's scripts to obtain listings in contrib/kvh have been added.
