MP Module Player

This release uses more colors, and a full voices panel has been added. As usual, bugs have been fixed.

An error in the Makefile has been corrected, and a
typographical error has been fixed in the source
code.

It is now possible to use mixer volume, bass, and treble
(OSS). The playlist has been improved with a new "info"
function, reporting information about files. Clear error
and information messages are now displayed when
necessary. The look has changed and information on
screen should be more readable. A new screen refresh
delay option has been added for flexibility. Settings are
now correctly loaded from options file. And, as usual,
bugs have been fixed.

This version fixes some bugs after moving from curses
windows to panels.

3 panels have been added (samples, voice frequency, and position). The playlist panel is now complete (including the ability to add a directory and move up/down). Panning information is now more precisely displayed. A few bugs have been fixed.
