Integrated assignment dropbox and external tools modules (previously available as add-ons). Updated Common Cartridge support. A Search Open Learn module has been added for finding open education resources and importing them into ATutor courses. Recertified as a Common Cartridge authoring, import, and export tool, and as a BasicLTI tool consumer.
This is a stabilization release with a few new features: Vimeo video support, group photo albums, a module API extension for the content editor, and visual editor enhancements.
This release is primarily a maintenance release, fixing a few bugs, refining some functionality, and extending a few features. If you are using ATutor 2.0 and everything is working okay for you, you probably do not need to upgrade. Otherwise, users of older versions of ATutor are encouraged to upgrade as soon as possible.

Common cartridge interoperability standard was implemented, adding authoring, exporting, and importing of cartridges. Prerequisite tests were added to control access to content folders. Fluid UI enhancements were made.
This release has an implementation of OpenSocial, adding social networking to the learning management system. The LMS has been turned off, and ATutor is exclusively used as a social network.
