This release adds
bugfixes for metapackage creation,
portfile change detection,
ccache dir creation permissions,
rev-upgrade edge cases,
and database consistency in the face of unexpected termination.
A new SQLite registry format that is faster and lacks some of the old format's inconvenient limitations. All debug output is now logged to a file by default. Architectures of dependencies are checked before install, and in many cases will be automatically fixed by upgrading with +universal. Explicitly deselected variants (e.g. -foo) are now always preserved across upgrades.
