Inverse SOGo Integrator for Thunderbird

Improved consistency of dialog windows pertaining to calendar and address book subscriptions. Improved management of server downtime.

This release displays the current calendar in the item summary dialog.

Adapted to the improvements found in Lightning 0.95, Inverse Edition. This release grays out the entries that cannot be selected in user and folder search dialogs. It fixes the handling of user@host usernames. It adds Italian and German translations.

The ability to force user preferences and remove extensions was added. The "home" calendar is now removed if it contains no items. The search of users was accelerated by resolving their shares only when the corresponding user entry is unfolded. It is now possible to show only the selected calendar or all of them. The creation of cached CalDAV calendars is now forced immediately, and the full name and email address of the subscribed calendar/address book is shown immediately.

The user's email address can now be used to construct URLs for SOGo. Returned data is now validated when synchronizing folders to avoid removing existing folders when the server returns an inconsistent response. The user password is intercepted for the "SOGo site" (mail server + SOGo server) and the relevant dialogs are automatically filled.
