Gringotts-Shlomif Patch

This release fixes a crash in the preferences dialog.

Fixes a data corruption bug that happened when the find command was used on an unsaved entry. This was caused by an earlier fix.

A patch was integrated that fixes the prototype
for a function, fixes compilation on Fedora Core 3
(missing #include's to stdio.h), and adds
sensitivity to the "HTAB" environment variable to
change the horizontal tab value.

This patch eliminates many compilation warnings
which were caused by confusion between unsigned
and signed strings.

As previous patches were integrated into Gringotts 1.2.9pre1, this patch applies against the 1.2.9pre1 archive from ftp.debian.org. It fixes two new bugs: a data corruption bug upon searching, and the "Find again" functionality.
