Distribution files include default certificates for SSL.

This release adds the ability to disable the certificate manager, and disables it by default, in order to avoid issues with high memory consumption and CPU usage.

A number of security enhancements, including secure login, Web services over SSL, hashing of passwords, and others.

There is a new component type Restartable. CoreComponent has been removed and the rest simplified. Variable index fields: a bean object may be referenced by any field when e.g. storing to persistence. General code cleanup. Components no longer require an interface to work. Better handling of custom marshalers for the Web edition.

IberAgents now supports soap faults, enabling transparent remote
exceptions.
