Several fixes and improvements. SMTP greeting matches RFC 2821. The postmaster address is matched caselessly. The behavior of address arguments together with -t has been switched from exim's to postfix's. Lists of unqualified addresses in headers with -t are recognized correctly now. Masqmail does not fail anymore when -m is given. The behavior of -oem is corrected. The modal concept of sendmail has been made more explicit. The man page has been improved.
