This release adds Yearly recurrence support as well as a totally re-written Groups system. This release also allows the admin to turn off public posting for moderation within groups.
This is the first release with new recurrence code. It also includes a new search function. There was a major re-write of the date display code which may contain lurking bugs. Note that this is an experimental release for working out bugs. There are new database updates: the instructions for dealing with such are in the INSTALL file.
This release adds support for user-specific visual and language options. This version also fixes a compatibility issue with PHP 4.0.1. There are new installation instructions in INSTALL that should be looked at.
