Project Description

skf - simple kanji filter
skf is i18n'ed kanji converter. Supports CJK codesets, Unicode, as well as language specific codeset like KOI-8. Has various code-conversion features for mail/SGML/TeX/XML processing. Currently 1.96 and 1.97 are stable version, and 1.99 is in development.
